[this is the 1st 50 HAH Burpees checkout remaining 50HAH Circuit 2.0 in next post, try it! Less intense, but might take longer time. Fat burning & strengthening workout]

Special guest Baby Manon is here again! But this time she’s a bit hangry 👶🏻. I think I must have took about 4 mins plus to finish the burpees. 😅
I’m the godmother, in this challenge, I get to see so many wonderwomen - mothers! Who needs to take care of kids, who needs to work from home, who needs to cook, ...... and still manage to squeeze in time to workout! And they are in the challenge!

In #oalworkoutsquad I have seen so many of the amazingly strong mothers that wake up earlier or quickly do their 50 burpees when their kids are taking nap. I salute to you all. The kind of will power, perseverance, commitment and determination is so so much greater and stronger!
